Skills Classes to be as accessible as possible with the option to either attend a group session
in-person through a blended learning experience
or completely online from anywhere.

to 24 weeks of learning and practicing DBT skills as
taught by our experienced faculty.
A recording, handouts and additional resources will
be made available to you and your therapist (if you
are currently in therapy) following the weekly
session.
