Deciding to join a DBT Skills Class is a big decision. Over the last few decades, research has shown that skills classes are an effective way of helping you deal with distressing emotions and relationship challenges. At DBT Campus, we’ve designed our Adult DBT Skills Classes to be as accessible as possible with the option to either attend a group session in-person through a blended learning experience or completely online from anywhere.
